We are looking for fellow team members for our Campaign & Pricing team.
What awaits you in this role

Prepare campaign feasibility studies tailored to customer lifecycle segments like new member, active customer , ARPU effect etc.

Analyze post-campaign results, compare them with feasibility projections, and deliver variance analyses.

Develop data-driven revenue management strategies to enhance customer value and sustainable growth.

Track and monitor customer revenue-generating KPIs to ensure alignment with business targets and profitability goals.

Design, manage, and optimize tariff pricing and pricing models.

Hands-on experience in designing and applying various pricing models (such as cost-plus, value-based, subscription, or dynamic pricing).

Conduct price elasticity analyses to measure the impact of price changes on demand and identify sensitivities across different customer segments.

Apply a holistic approach across all layers influencing pricing (campaigns, tariffs, locations, customer segments, etc.) to build strategic decision-support models for pricing and revenue.

Generate forecasts and perform target-setting based on income statements.

Report on the impact of campaigns and pricing changes on profitability, customer acquisition, retention, and consumption.

Analyze competition, market trends, and customer behavior to guide pricing strategies.

Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations, Data Analytics).
What we expect

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in campaign feasibility studies, lifecycle KPI tracking, and post-campaign performance analyses.

Knowledge or experience in price elasticity, demand analysis, and revenue optimization.

Strong analytical thinking and financial modeling skills; proficiency in Excel/SQL.

Ability to work with large datasets and clearly communicate analytical insights to business stakeholders.

Fluency in English preferred.
