We are looking for fellow team members for our Campaign & Pricing team.


What awaits you in this role


  • Prepare campaign feasibility studies tailored to customer lifecycle segments like new member, active customer , ARPU effect etc.
  • Analyze post-campaign results, compare them with feasibility projections, and deliver variance analyses.
  • Develop data-driven revenue management strategies to enhance customer value and sustainable growth.
  • Track and monitor customer revenue-generating KPIs to ensure alignment with business targets and profitability goals.
  • Design, manage, and optimize tariff pricing and pricing models.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and applying various pricing models (such as cost-plus, value-based, subscription, or dynamic pricing).
  • Conduct price elasticity analyses to measure the impact of price changes on demand and identify sensitivities across different customer segments.
  • Apply a holistic approach across all layers influencing pricing (campaigns, tariffs, locations, customer segments, etc.) to build strategic decision-support models for pricing and revenue.
  • Generate forecasts and perform target-setting based on income statements.
  • Report on the impact of campaigns and pricing changes on profitability, customer acquisition, retention, and consumption.
  • Analyze competition, market trends, and customer behavior to guide pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations, Data Analytics).


What we expect


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in campaign feasibility studies, lifecycle KPI tracking, and post-campaign performance analyses.
  • Knowledge or experience in price elasticity, demand analysis, and revenue optimization.
  • Strong analytical thinking and financial modeling skills; proficiency in Excel/SQL.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and clearly communicate analytical insights to business stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English preferred.
  • Results-oriented, strategic thinker with strong teamwork skills.
