Camps and Events Coordinator

Do you excel at organizing events and coordinating engaging activities? If so, we are looking for you and we’d love to have you on our team to join us as the Camps and Events Coordinator!

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute camps, excursions, and school events that inspire and engage students.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and external partners to ensure smooth event operations.
• Manage budgets, logistics, and schedules for all activities.
• Ensure safety and compliance protocols are followed at all times.
• Foster a vibrant and inclusive school culture through creative programming.

What We’re Looking For:

• A dynamic individual with a passion for working with children and youth.
• Proven experience in event planning or a related field (experience in an educational setting is a plus).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
