Roles & Responsibilities :

● Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various positions.

● Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals, with a focus on bulk hiring and campus recruitment initiatives.

● Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.

● Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates.

● Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.

● Coordinate and participate in campus recruitment events, career fairs, and other recruitment activities to attract top talent.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.

● Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate feedback.

● Stay current on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

● Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.

Jobs Requirements :

● Good oral & written communication skills.

● Excellent presentation skills.

● Good hands-on knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.).

● Good command of mail writing.

● Flexible for extensive travels as per business needs.

● Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination/ conducting campus drives/campus hiring (Most Preferred/ Not Compulsory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
