to attract, engage, and hire early-career talent from colleges and universities. The role focuses on building strong campus relationships, managing recruitment events, and creating a strong employer brand among students.

Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies aligned with hiring needs

Build partnerships with universities, colleges, and student organizations

Plan and participate in campus events such as career fairs, information sessions, and workshops

Manage internship, graduate, and entry-level hiring programs

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes

Promote employer brand on campus and through social media and digital platforms
-
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
-
Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports
-
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Job Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
-
Exceptional ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and attention to detail.

Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Outlook, Word and Excel.

Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or similar software tool strongly preferred. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with candidates and internal clients. Communicates in a courteous and professional manner. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field

2–5 years of experience in campus hiring recruitment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to engage and influence students and stakeholders

Willingness to travel to campuses as needed
