Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Campus Recruiter to attract, engage, and hire early-career talent from colleges and universities. The role focuses on building strong campus relationships, managing recruitment events, and creating a strong employer brand among students.

  • Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies aligned with hiring needs
  • Build partnerships with universities, colleges, and student organizations
  • Plan and participate in campus events such as career fairs, information sessions, and workshops
  • Manage internship, graduate, and entry-level hiring programs
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes
  • Promote employer brand on campus and through social media and digital platforms
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Job Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or similar software tool strongly preferred. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with candidates and internal clients. Communicates in a courteous and professional manner. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in campus hiring recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage and influence students and stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel to campuses as needed
