Senior HR Recruiter

Role Purpose

To build and manage a strong branch-level and area-level hiring ecosystem across Rajasthan by developing local talent pipelines, college networks, and industry connections. The role focuses on hiring quality freshers from local colleges and proven performers from Banking & NBFC sectors to support Kaabil Finance’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Branch & Area-Level Hiring

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for branch and area roles including Relationship Officers, Collection Officers, Telecallers, Credit & Operations roles.
  • Partner closely with Branch Managers and Area Heads to understand manpower needs and performance expectations.
  • Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) for open positions with quality hiring.

2. Local College & Fresher Hiring

  • Build strong relationships with local colleges, universities, and training institutes across towns in Rajasthan.
  • Plan and execute campus hiring, walk-ins, career talks, and local job drives.
  • Identify and onboard high-potential freshers suitable for field and branch roles.

3. Industry Lateral Hiring (Banking & NBFC)

  • Create and maintain a strong network within Banking, NBFC, and Microfinance sectors.
  • Identify and attract top-performing employees at branch and area levels.
  • Use referrals, local market intelligence, and competitor mapping for targeted hiring.

4. Hiring Network & Employer Branding

  • Develop a local hiring network including placement officers, consultants, ex-employees, and industry contacts.
  • Strengthen Kaabil Finance’s employer brand at the district and town level.
  • Represent Kaabil Finance at job fairs, campus events, and industry meets.

5. Recruitment Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, hiring MIS, and joining reports.
  • Coordinate documentation, background verification, and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure hiring practices comply with company policies and labor regulations.

Candidate ProfileEducation

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or related field (preferred).
  • Graduates with strong local recruitment experience may also be considered.

Experience

  • 2–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Banking, NBFC, Microfinance, or Financial Services.
  • Proven experience in field recruitment, campus hiring, and lateral hiring at branch/area level.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong local market knowledge of Rajasthan (districts, towns, colleges).
  • Excellent networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively across assigned regions.
  • Result-oriented with the ability to hire under tight timelines.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
