Capital Executive

Vivo Pakistan is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Capital Executive to join our Finance team. If you have a strong understanding of financial operations, financial reporting, and payment processing, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. To confirm key accounts and branches deposits on ding talk group on daily basis.
2. To update and report bank reconciliation statement on daily basis through email.
3. To check, approve and record entries of bank payments to vendors ensuring proper tax calculations.
4. To act as a liaison between company and banks for all bank related issues.
5. To Process and verify payments across different groups.
6. To prepare and manage daily cheques and banks documentation.
7. To maintain petty cash and disburse cash of employee reimbursements on daily basis.
8. To disburse bank payments of vendors, factory, customer services dept and government authorities through online banking portal.
9. To disburse payment to Chinese employee in foreign currency through online banking portal.
10. To transfer monthly salary through online banking portal and to record in financial software accordingly.
11. To manage funds to ensure timely payments of factory and import payments.
12. To report CS deposit confirmation to Customer Service Department on daily basis.
13. To report monthly overview of bank/cash payments of Head office, receipts from branches and key accounts, duty and import payments on monthly basis to CFO.
14. To confirm After Sales Service Centers deposits (Cash, POS, QR Scanner) with the CS team on daily basis.
15. Timely update and record receipts in financial system.
16. To record and maintain proper filing of Company’s Documents.
17. To receive cash from employees for mobile phone purchase and record in Software.
18. To apply payment requisition application on Ding talk for bank payments or other charges, with proper documentation for approval purposes.
19. To Reconcile Aftersales revenue with Customer Service Department monthly.

Requirements:

• MBA or M.Com (Minimum)
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of banking operations and financial processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel.

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
