Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Procurement Planning
- Develop and implement Capex procurement strategies aligned with project timelines, brand standards, and business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: development, design, technical services, finance, and operations.
- Build annual and project-specific Capex plans for new openings and refurbishment programs.
2. Procurement Execution
- Lead end-to-end sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and contract management for Capex items:
- FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment)
- OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment)
- MEP systems
- IT & AV infrastructure
- Construction & fit-out services
- Manage RFP/RFQ processes and oversee supplier selection in coordination with project managers and technical teams.
3. Cost Control & Budget Management
- Set and track Capex budgets by project and region.
- Deliver savings through value engineering, supplier consolidation, and strategic negotiations.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of procurement-related costs.
4. Supplier & Vendor Management
- Build and manage a preferred supplier base to support regional and global project needs.
- Monitor vendor KPIs: quality, cost, compliance, and on-time delivery.
- Foster strong partnerships with key vendors and contractors while managing procurement risk.
5. Project Coordination & Timeline Management
- Align procurement schedules with construction and renovation project timelines.
- Ensure all materials and services are delivered in accordance with key project milestones and opening dates.
- Proactively identify and resolve delays or bottlenecks caused by procurement.
6. Governance, Risk, and Compliance
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies, legal standards, and ethical practices.
- Incorporate ESG and sustainability criteria into Capex sourcing strategies.
- Conduct supplier due diligence, risk assessments, and audits.
7. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Communication
- Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team across multiple geographies or business units.
- Act as the key point of contact for internal stakeholders including finance, operations, and ownership groups.
- Provide executive reporting on procurement performance, risks, and opportunities.

- New Projects: FF&E, OS&E, IT/AV systems, elevators, HVAC, kitchen & laundry equipment, building systems.
- Renovation Projects: Guestroom upgrades, public space refurbishments, MEP replacements, design refreshes.
- Sustainability Projects: LED retrofits, solar systems, water-saving fixtures.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
