What you'll do

You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests. You will:

• Play a key role in delivering Bonbon Café's freshly baked cakes, breads, pastries and other food items, safely and on time, ensuring products arrive in perfect condition
• Handle fragile food items with care, maintaining high quality from bakery to customer doorstep
• Transport deliveries in a clean, safe, and timely manner, upholding food safety and hygiene standards
• Maintain and look after the café's delivery vehicle, arrange cleaning and minor maintenance
• Plan and follow delivery routes efficiently, adapting to traffic conditions
• Represent Bonbon Café with professionalism and courtesy
• Show flexibility and creativity in handling delivery changes while respecting schedules and safety
• Support the team during busy service periods when not driving
• Assist with stock replenishment, mise-en-place and setup for service
• Welcome and seat guests, take and serve food and beverage orders with accuracy and presentation

What you'll bring

• Genuine ability to greet guests and build relationships
• Excellent presentation at all times
• A valid UAE driving license with proven delivery driver experience
• Experience transporting delicate and perishable items with attention to detail
• Excellent knowledge of local routes and strong time-management
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication skills with a customer service and business ethic
• English is the primary language; Arabic or additional languages are a plus
