Captain Waiter

Job Summary:

The Captain Waiter ensures smooth operation of the dining area by supervising waitstaff, maintaining high service standards, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role involves overseeing daily service, handling guest concerns, training junior staff, and coordinating with the kitchen and management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and ensure excellent customer service throughout their dining experience
• Supervise and support waiters and junior staff during service
• Ensure tables are properly set up and the dining area is clean and presentable
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen team
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints promptly and professionally
• Train and mentor new team members and assist with staff scheduling as needed
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and special promotions
• Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,200.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Hotel or Luxury Restaurant: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Arabic (Preferred)
