Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and friendly Captain Waitress to lead our restaurant service team. The role includes supervising daily operations, guiding staff, and ensuring guests have a great dining experience. The right candidate will be a strong leader with good communication skills and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and seat guests politely and make them feel comfortable.
  • Supervise and assist the waitstaff to ensure smooth and quality service.
  • Take and communicate guest orders clearly to the kitchen and bar.
  • Check food and beverage presentation to maintain restaurant standards.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and caring way.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and take quick action when needed.
  • Keep the restaurant clean and organized at all times.
  • Train and guide new staff to improve teamwork and service.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and management for smooth operations.
  • Handle bills, process payments, and ensure cash accuracy.
  • Complete end-of-shift reports, stock counts, and cash reconciliation.
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and company rules and standards.
  • Join team meetings and training sessions regularly.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a supervisor or captain in a restaurant or F&B operation.
  • Good knowledge of food, beverages, and service standards.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and handle busy shifts.
  • Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and different shifts as needed.
