Card Operations Officer

The Card Operations Officer’s primary responsibility involves managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of credit card services, including issuance, maintenance, dispute handling, reward disputes and settlements. The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of relevant experience in card operations, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to customers.


Key responsibilities:

  • Manage card issuance and reissuance processes, including card production and delivery.
  • Handle chargebacks and card settlements with card vendors, schemes, and third parties, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Handling Credit Card Rewards, Loyalty programs, co-branding & dispute management for rewards.
  • Provide support to customers regarding card-related inquiries, disputes, and issues, ensuring timely resolution and excellent service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Customer Service, Risk Management, IT, and Compliance to resolve operational challenges and improve processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in credit card operations.
  • Generate reports, analyze transaction and operational data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Assist in the implementation of new card products, features, and services, including UAT/testing and training activities.
  • Perform other operational tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
