Career Counselor

  • Attend student walk-ins for information/guidance about I.T. courses and about Aptech
  • Understand student requirements and suggest/communicate courses according to requirements
  • Be up-to-date about industry and competition trends to better guide the students
  • Familiarize students with product offerings and motivate them to get enrolled
  • Follow up old inquiries to motivate them to enroll and to analyze the data of lost customers
  • Analyze trends in enrolments
  • Daily entry of enrollments on Aptrack
  • Maintain the enquiry system
  • Support SRO in fee collection and D/o recovery
  • Respond to the queries like concerns of prospective students, parents, and information seekers efficiently and effectively
  • Participate in events and activities
  • Follow-up inquiry, record keeping, and portal entry
  • Coordinate with various departments, staff members, and external stakeholders for various events
  • Maintain the database of applicants and update the admission status of applicants on regular basis on inquiry system
  • Portal Management
  • Communicate relevant information to the Center Manager
  • Perform other duties as and when required by the Management

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum graduate from a reputable university/Institute
At least 2 years of experience in customer/student care
Must be presentable
Quality Focus, Problem-Solving, Documentation Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing information, Multitasking, Motivational Skills, Well Organized and team player, Good Communication, Target Oriented.

Location: Shahrah e Faisal
Timings : 09.00 am to 05.00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
