  Role Purpose
  
 The Career Launch Analyst plays a pivotal role in delivering a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for new joiners. Acting as a key enabler, this role supports candidates from offer acceptance through Day 1, ensuring all onboarding activities are executed efficiently and with a high level of candidate care.
 
  Key Responsibilities
  
  Serve as the single point of contact for candidates from offer acceptance to start date.
  
  Deliver a personalized and engaging onboarding experience for each candidate.
  
  Coordinate with Recruitment, Background Check (BGC), and Mobility teams to track and manage onboarding pipelines.
  
  Support candidates with logistical needs such as NJX enrollment, hardware allocation, and onboarding setup.
  
  Provide timely updates to recruiters, candidates, and HR operations on onboarding progress and timelines.
  
  Liaise with Hiring Managers post-offer acceptance until Day 1 to ensure readiness and alignment.
  
  Assist candidates with relocation and visa sponsorship requirements, offering guidance throughout the process.
  
  Conduct weekly connects with recruiters, BGC, and mobilization teams to ensure smooth onboarding flow.
  
  Build positive relationships with candidates to foster trust and ensure a smooth onboarding journey.
