Job Title: Career Launch Senior Analyst (Enabler, Administrator)

Role Purpose

The Career Launch Senior Analyst leads the onboarding experience for new joiners across the Middle East, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and compliant process. This role includes team management, stakeholder coordination, and process innovation, driving operational excellence and candidate delight. The Senior Analyst acts as a strategic enabler, guiding both candidates and internal teams through the onboarding lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Career Launch Analysts, ensuring onboarding activities are executed with consistency and quality.

  • Serve as the single point of contact for candidates from offer acceptance to Day 1.

  • Curate a highly personalized and engaging onboarding experience for each candidate.

  • Collaborate with Recruitment, Background Check (BGC), and Mobility teams to manage onboarding pipelines and resolve escalations.

  • Oversee logistical arrangements including NJX enrollment, hardware allocation, and onboarding setup.

  • Maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers from offer acceptance to Day 1.

  • Support candidates with relocation and visa sponsorship, ensuring smooth transitions.

  • Conduct weekly connects with recruiters, BGC, and mobilization teams to track progress and resolve bottlenecks.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance onboarding experience and process efficiency.

  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting across onboarding trackers and systems.

  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and ownership.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong team leadership and coaching abilities
