Caregiver

Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in need of long-term care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This position requires a commitment to delivering personalized care while fostering a supportive environment. Must be at least 18 Years Old

Duties

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide medication administration as per prescribed schedules and ensure proper documentation.
• Support clients with mobility needs, including lifting and transferring them safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the living space to promote a healthy environment.
• Engage clients in social activities and companionship to enhance their emotional well-being.
• Monitor clients’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Assist with personal care tasks for individuals with disabilities or special needs.
• Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.

Experience

• Previous experience in caregiving, senior care, or long-term care settings is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with patient care protocols and medication administration practices is advantageous.
• Experience working in group homes or similar environments is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others is essential.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

• Caregiving: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Acworth, GA 30102: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
