Compassionate Caregivers Wanted for In-Home Support!

Are you a compassionate individual looking to make a positive impact on people's lives? Join our team as a Caregiver, where you'll provide quality direct support to clients in the comfort of their homes under the guidance of our Client Services Manager. Your role will involve a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Performing skilled personal cares
• Providing medication reminders
• Assisting with bathing/showering
• Meal preparation
• Conducting light housekeeping
• Providing safety supervision
• Managing behaviors
• Completing Visit Notes

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Successful completion of a Caregiver Background Check
• Valid Regular Driver's License (not required, but may limit your ability to work with a significant portion of our clients)
• Reliable and Insured personal transportation (not required, but may limit your ability to work with a significant portion of our clients)

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in professional email and digital communication
• Ability to build trust and connection with clients and coworkers
• Customer service mindset with patience and professionalism
• Direct caregiving experience or a strong desire to support others in daily living
