Job Summary:

The Caregiver provides personalized care and support to patients in their homes, assisting with daily activities, basic medical needs, and maintaining patient comfort and safety. The role ensures compassionate, high-quality care while followingcompany policies and patient care standards.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist patients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, feeding,

mobility, and medication reminders

 Support patient care under supervision of healthcare professionals

 Observe and report changes in patient condition to the nurse or supervising

physician

 Maintain patient comfort, dignity, and privacy at all times

 Provide basic nursing assistance such as vital signs monitoring, wound care

support, and first aid

 Ensure safe handling and use of equipment and supplies

 Document patient care activities and observations accurately

 Follow infection control practices and safety guidelines

 Educate and guide patients and families on basic care practices as instructed

 Maintain clear communication with patients, family members, and healthcareteam

 Participate in training, skill development, and quality improvement activities

Experience & Skills:

 Minimum 1–2 years experience in caregiving or homecare support preferred

 Compassionate, patient, attentive, and flexible

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 Basic computer skills for documentation (optional)

Education & Certification:

 Diploma in Nursing / Nursing Assistant certification

 Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificat
