Key Responsibilities
1. Household Management & Supervision
- Oversee daily household operations and ensure all tasks are completed effectively.
- Supervise cleaners, helpers, or maintenance staff when required.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and proper functioning of all assigned areas.
2. Caretaking Duties
- Perform routine cleaning, organizing, and upkeep of living spaces.
- Monitor safety, hygiene, and proper maintenance of household equipment.
- Identify and report repairs or maintenance issues.
3. Personal Assistance
- Assist the employer with personal tasks, errands, and daily routines.
- Support in shopping, deliveries, scheduling, and household organization.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect personal privacy at all times.
4. Travel Support (Local & Overseas)
- Accompany the employer during local and occasional overseas trips when required.
- Assist with packing, logistics, travel arrangements, and on-trip support.
- Adapt to varying schedules and responsibilities during travel.
5. Hospitality & Guest Management
- Welcome guests and ensure hospitality standards are met.
- Assist with refreshments, room preparation, and guest coordination.
Requirements & Skills
- Previous experience as a caretaker, in-charge, or personal staff is preferred.
- Excellent command of English, Arabic is a plus
- Flexible with working hours, holidays, and possible travel
- Ability to manage and oversee household operations independently.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel overseas when required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of trustworthiness, discretion, and responsibility.
- Physically fit and capable of performing daily caretaking tasks.
- Valid passport and ability to pass background/security clearance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to QAR3,000.00 per month
