BMS OPERATOR

We are seeking a skilled and experienced BMS Operator to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation, monitoring, and maintenance of the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure safe, reliable, and optimized building performance. Candidates must have proven hands-on experience working with BMS systems within Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, operate, and control BMS systems and equipment across the facility.
• Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot faults in the BMS and related building systems.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to execute corrective and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Analyze system performance and prepare reports as required.
• Adjust system parameters to maintain optimal building performance and energy efficiency.
• Maintain accurate logs of system operations, alarms, and actions taken.
• Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
• Promptly escalate major issues or system failures to supervisors.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience as a BMS Operator in Qatar (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of building automation systems and controls.
• Hands-on experience monitoring HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems via BMS.
• Familiarity with major BMS platforms such as Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, or similar.
• Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Physically fit and able to work extended shifts as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
