Carpenter

Carpenter will be responsible for the repair , maintenance and construction of all woodwork and furniture within the hotel premises.This includes guest rooms, public areas, restaurants, and back-of-house areas. The carpenter ensures all fixtures, fittings, and structures are safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities:

Repair and maintain furniture, doors, windows, cabinets, and other wooden fixtures.

Assemble and install furniture or wooden structures as required.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests or other departments.

Carry out preventative maintenance on wooden structures and surfaces.

Coordinate with other maintenance staff for large projects or renovations.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Maintain inventory of carpentry tools and materials and request supplies as needed.

Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures.

Ensure all carpentry work meets hotel standards and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a carpenter, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.

Skilled in using hand and power tools.

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

Good physical condition and stamina.

Strong attention to detail.

Basic understanding of other maintenance skills is a plus.

High school diploma or technical certification in carpentry or related field.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
