Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials on residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials
• Install structures such as doors, windows, cabinets, drywall, and frameworks
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Ensure accuracy and quality in all carpentry work
• Repair and maintain existing structures and fixtures
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely
• Collaborate with supervisors and other construction workers on-site
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a carpenter in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
• Skilled in using hand and power tools
• Good physical condition and ability to handle manual work
• Attention to detail and precision
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial or large-scale construction projects
• Knowledge of finishing carpentry and custom woodwork
• Basic understanding of other construction trades
