Carpenter Foreman

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Foreman - Carpenter to join our construction team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization, you will -

• Lead and oversee carpentry operations for a high rise tower project, ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety compliance, and timely project completion.
• Supervise and coordinate carpentry teams .
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications
• Plan and organize daily work schedules for carpentry crews
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trade professionals
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving issues promptly
• Manage inventory and order materials as required
• Train and mentor junior carpenters, promoting skill development
• Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections
• Ensure compliance with local construction regulations and building codes

Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Carpenter Foreman, specifically in high rise tower projects.
• Proven supervisory experience in leading carpentry teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in carpentry preferred
• Familiarity with construction industry regulations and standards
• Familiar with the Jumping system – DOKA, PERI, TURIIM ETC .
• Ability to work in challenging outdoor environments and at heights
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
