Carpenter / Laborer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in carpentry works, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship for residential, commercial, and fit-out projects. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining wooden structures and fixtures while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Resposibilities:

• Perform carpentry works including framing, partitioning, doors, cabinets, and custom wood fixtures.
• Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, drywall, plywood, and other materials.
• Install hardware, hinges, locks, and finishing components.
• Repair or replace damaged wood structures and furniture.
• Coordinate with site engineers and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Ensure all tasks comply with safety regulations and project standards.
• Perform site inspections and provide accurate material estimates when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and methods.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and measurements.
• Good physical condition and ability to handle manual tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and finishing quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols at all times.
