Case Manager

Our established Arizona law firm is seeking a hard working, motivated, compassionate and highly organized individual to join our growing case manager team. Multitasking and effective prioritization are critical to this position. Please note this job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position. This position does require daily attendance to our Tempe Office.

Duties Include but not limited to:

  • Providing outstanding customer support via phone, email and text
  • Assist clients with inquiries regarding their case and the legal process
  • Resolve clients issues by coordinating with other staff members, insurance companies, medical providers, etc. on a timely basis
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions via phone, email and text

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are highly desirable
  • Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred
  • Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
  • Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role
  • Ability to pay attention to detail, extremely organized and can multi-task
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
