Case Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Case Manager to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between healthcare professionals providing medical legal services and the attorneys or paralegals who retain them. This position offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment while ensuring effective communication, organization, and case management.

Responsibilities:
• Act as the main point of contact between medical experts and legal teams, facilitating smooth communication and coordination.
• Schedule meetings, teleconferences, and medical evaluations while tracking deadlines and ensuring timely completion.
• Review, process, and dispatch incoming records, maintaining quality control to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Manage expert timesheets and prepare billing submissions for case reviews.
• Monitor and maintain electronic records to ensure proper storage and accessibility.
• Address inquiries from legal teams and medical experts, providing exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to support case management workflows and ensure efficiency.
• Organize and prioritize tasks to meet time-sensitive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Word.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time-sensitive priorities effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Capacity to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Experience working in a fast-paced setting, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
• At least 2 years of experience working with medical experts, preferably as a paralegal.
• Associate degree or higher is preferred.
