The Division:
Jonas

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Collections Manager, the core responsibilities of the position are as follows:
- Download bank statements from RBC, Wells Fargo and Nat West – Daily (30+ bank accounts)
- Post and apply incoming payments (as assigned) to the customer accounts within GP - Daily
- Enter GL payments as required from Cash receipts
- Maintain internal filing system online
- Other duties as required
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office – Intermediate in Excel
- Microsoft Great Plains knowledge a plus
- Strong overall computer skills
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while working with clients (external and internal)
- Highly proficient at multitasking
- Willing to work in a very fast paced, high volume environment
- Must be comfortable taking initiative and be able to work with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to work as part of a team
- Must be detail oriented
- Flexibility to work overtime at critical periods when required
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and meet performance targets as established by management
- Solid administrative and organizational skills a must with ability to adjust and respond professionally to changing priorities and ad hoc issues
