Job Description – Cashier (Wholesale Division)Position

Location: Bur Dubai

Working hours 10:30 AM - 10 PM with 1 hour break

We are looking for a trustworthy and detail-oriented Cashier to manage customer transactions in our wholesale operation. The role requires speed, accuracy, and strong organizational skills to handle high-volume sales while ensuring compliance with company financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Process transactions (cash, credit, bank transfer, digital payments) quickly and accurately.
• Verify invoices, purchase orders, and customer accounts before processing payments.
• Maintain proper records of wholesale transactions and issue receipts, tax invoices, or delivery notes.
• Reconcile daily cash and prepare transaction reports for the finance department.
• Monitor and report any payment discrepancies, shortages, or fraudulent activities.
• Support the sales and warehouse teams in ensuring smooth checkout and dispatch operations.
• Assist in preparing customer statements and managing credit account settlements.
• Maintain compliance with company policies on returns, refunds, and discounts.
• Keep the cashiering area organized, stocked with payment materials, and ready for peak volumes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in accounting/finance is an advantage.
• Prior cashiering or accounts experience in wholesale, distribution, or retail is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems, invoicing software, and basic MS Excel.
• Strong numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure with bulk transactions.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
