Position Title:

Department:

Finance / Accounts

Reports To:

Accounts Manager / Finance Head

Key Responsibilities

· Handle daily cash collections and disbursements for construction projects and office operations.

· Maintain accurate cash records and reconcile balances at the end of each day.

· Issue receipts and prepare vouchers for all transactions.

· Deposit and withdraw cash from banks as per business requirements.

· Support the finance/accounts team in maintaining petty cash and project site cash management.

· Ensure proper documentation of vendor, supplier, and labor payments.

· Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

· Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly cash reports for management.

· Report discrepancies, shortages, or irregularities immediately to the Accounts Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (preferred).

· Minimum 4 years of experience as a cashier, preferably in construction or related industries.

· Strong knowledge of cash handling, bookkeeping, and financial record-keeping.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word); knowledge of accounting software is a plus.

· High level of integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
