Sales Associates (Verifiers)

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Verifier to join our team for a US-based Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) campaign. The Verifier will be responsible for validating leads, confirming accident details, and pre-qualifying potential clients for legal consultation. This role involves high levels of accuracy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from individuals involved in motor vehicle accidents.
• Verify and collect lead information from callers.
• Confirm accident details including date, location, injuries, and vehicle information.
• Screen potential claimants based on campaign-specific criteria..
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Escalate qualified leads to the legal intake team or according to the standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (e.g., call handling time, lead conversion rates)

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in a BPO, legal intake, or US process (preferred).
• Strong verbal communication skills with a neutral or US accent.
• Familiarity with US personal injury law or MVA terminology is a plus.
