Position Summary

We are looking for a driven and experienced Assistant Manager – Sales to support sales operations, team supervision, and customer engagement in our showroom. The role requires a balance of leadership, customer service, and sales acumen to help achieve store targets and deliver an exceptional brand experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Performance

  • Support the Store/Sales Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Drive product upselling and cross-selling strategies across categories.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and ensure prompt reporting and documentation.

Customer Experience

  • Assist customers with their home furnishing needs by providing tailored product recommendations.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure a premium in-store experience that aligns with Enza Home’s brand values.

Team Supervision & Training

  • Guide and mentor junior sales staff to improve performance and service quality.
  • Assist in onboarding and training of new team members.
  • Monitor staff schedules, daily briefings, and performance feedback.

Visual Merchandising & Store Management

  • Ensure store layout, displays, and product placements are appealing and up to brand standards.
  • Coordinate with visual merchandisers and store managers for product rotations and campaign setups.

Inventory & Coordination

  • Support stock management by tracking fast-moving items and notifying the supply team.
  • Liaise with logistics for smooth deliveries and customer follow-ups.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail furniture or lifestyle segment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and team coordination abilities.
  • Familiarity with retail CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and basic MS Office skills.
  • Passion for interior design, home décor, and customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
