**Position Overview**

As a Cashier at Como Lounge Cafe, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience from the moment they walk in until they leave. Your role is crucial in maintaining our reputation as the best café in Al Ain City.

**Key Responsibilities**

- **Customer Service Excellence:** Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly attitude, making them feel welcome and appreciated.

- **Efficient Transactions:** Accurately process all customer transactions, including cash, credit card, and digital payments, with speed and precision.

- **Product Knowledge:** Stay informed about our menu items, daily specials, and promotions to answer any customer queries and upsell where appropriate.

- **Cleanliness and Organization:** Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.

- **Problem Solving:** Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and patience, escalating issues to the manager when necessary.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other staff members to ensure a seamless and efficient operation, contributing to a positive team environment.

**Qualifications**

- Previous cashier or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
