Cashier

Job Brief:

Zameen.com is looking for a "Cashier" for it's Lahore Regional office. The candidate selected for this position will be responsible for handling petty cash and assistance in payment processing. The position holder is responsible for the processing, verification of payments and maintaining of petty cash.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance processing and verifications of vendors payments.
• Prepare cheques and singing of cheques from signatories.
• Co-ordinate with departments for verification of documents for vendors payments.
• Posting and verification petty cash payments in accordance with applicable policy.
• Keeps tracks of advance adjustments given to supply chain, admin and procurement from petty cash.
• Responsible for posting of petty cash payments.
• Petty cash tracking at projects and issuance.
• Bank related cash handling.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Bachelors, (B.COM, BBA)
• Location: Lahore
• Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient with MS office and strong communication, verbal skills are mandatory.
