Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a Cashier - Cage to join our Cage team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Accurately processes cash exchanges, chip redemptions, marker issuance, and account settlements for gaming patrons
• Provide courteous, professional service while maintaining discretion and confidentiality
• Adhere to all internal controls, cash handling procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled at the end of each shift
• Report any suspicious activity, discrepancies, or procedural violations to the Cage Supervisor
• Assist in preparing daily transaction summaries and balancing reports
• Monitor inventory levels of cash, chips, and other instruments, and notify supervisors of replenishment needs
• Support the drop and count procedures as required, ensuring accuracy and security
• Participate in departmental briefings and training sessions
• Maintain professional appearance and behavior in accordance with Wynn’s grooming and conduct standards
• Foster a positive and respectful work environment, supporting teamwork and service excellence
  
  

About You

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in finance, business, or hospitality preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in cash handling, banking, or cage operations
• Strong understanding of financial procedures and gaming regulations
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and discretion in handling confidential transactions
• Proficiency in gaming management systems and Microsoft Office suite
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifts based on business demand
