Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role, located in Sharjah, for a Cashier Customer Service Representative. The primary responsibilities include handling customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, managing cash registers, processing payments, and ensuring a smooth checkout process. Additionally, the role involves addressing customer inquiries, providing support as needed, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Cash Handling and Cash Register Operation skills
• Attention to Detail and Organizational skills
• Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic Math and Computer skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
