Position: Category Development Specialist (Cosmetic & Skincare)

Key Responsibilities

• Research global beauty and skincare trends, emerging ingredients, and competitor products
• Collaborate with suppliers for new product development, formulations, and packaging enhancements
• Analyze customer insights, reviews, and data to refine product strategy
• Assist in creating listings, branding elements, and launch content across e-commerce platforms
• Track product performance, identify gaps, and propose improvement or new-product opportunities
• Ensure product compliance, quality, and market readiness

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business, Cosmetic Science, or related discipline
• 2–5 years of experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG category development
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and consumer behavior
• Ability to track trends and translate them into market-ready beauty offerings
• Familiarity with Amazon and e-commerce product development processes

Compensation

Salary: PKR 100,000 – 300,000 + additional benefits
