We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electronics Executive with experience in sales and technical support to join our team. This role involves managing and delivering high-quality electronic components, providing technical expertise, and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet industry safety standards while helping to promote and sell consumer electronics to clients and partners.

(Some Of) What You Will Be Doing

  • Sales Target Achievement:
    • Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for consumer electronics products.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.


  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key accounts.
    • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to product performance or delivery.
    • Provide in-depth product knowledge and support to customers, including conducting demonstrations and training sessions.


  • Market Research and Product Knowledge:
    • Stay updated on the latest trends in consumer electronics and engineering advancements.
    • Conduct market research to gather insights on competitors, pricing strategies, and customer needs.
    • Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams for continuous improvement.


  • Inventory Management:
    • Coordinate with supply chain teams to monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring product availability.
    • Forecast demand and optimize stock levels to meet sales targets.


  • Sales Promotion and Marketing:
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and advertising activities.
    • Organize and manage product displays and ensure effective marketing materials are available.


  • Sales Documentation and Reporting:
    • Prepare and submit accurate sales orders, invoices, and other required documentation.
    • Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product feedback.
    • Generate regular sales reports for management review.


  • Compliance and Ethics:
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
    • Report any unethical behavior or compliance issues to management.
Attitude matters most but do you have any of these?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Ideal candidates will have industry experience in Electronics and proven track record in sales.
  • Strong understanding of consumer electronics and the latest technology trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales management software.
