Category Manager

1 Create sales growth plans for the perfume category
2 Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper display.
3 Take feedback from store teams of customers to improve layout and assortment.
4 Develop training modules for perfume knowledge, selling skills, and upselling techniques.
5 Conduct monthly training sessions for staff.
6 Recruit and Define manpower needs for perfume across stores.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in category management, preferably in the fragrance or beauty industry.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of market research tools.
