Category Development Specialist (Cosmetic & Skincare)

Key Responsibilities:

• Research global beauty trends, and competitor products.
• Work with suppliers for new product development and packaging.
• Analyze customer insights and reviews to refine product strategy.
• Support listings, branding, and launch content for e-commerce platforms.
• Track performance and identify improvement or new-product opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business, or Cosmetic Science.
• 3–5 years’ experience in beauty, skincare, or related FMCG category.
• Strong product and consumer knowledge with trend analysis skills.
• Familiar with Amazon/ e-commerce product development.
