CATERING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Doha, Qatar

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, government, and large-scale catering projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, event organizers, and business partners.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate and close high-value catering contracts in line with company pricing and service standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (culinary, operations, and events) to ensure service excellence.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry expos.
  • Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends using CRM tools.
  • Lead or support the preparation of RFPs and tender submissions for large catering contracts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or key account management (preferably in catering, F&B, or hospitality).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Established network of clients in the corporate or events industry is a plus.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred.

Benefits:

  • Salary: QAR 6,000 – 7,000 (full package)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
