- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, government, and large-scale catering projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, event organizers, and business partners.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate and close high-value catering contracts in line with company pricing and service standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams (culinary, operations, and events) to ensure service excellence.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry expos.
- Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends using CRM tools.
- Lead or support the preparation of RFPs and tender submissions for large catering contracts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or key account management (preferably in catering, F&B, or hospitality).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Established network of clients in the corporate or events industry is a plus.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred.
