Catering Executive Chef

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead operations across large-scale industrial kitchens, serving diverse, multinational clients. The role requires strong leadership, menu innovation, and the ability to maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day kitchen operations across multiple units.
  • Plan and develop menus in line with client requirements and budgets.
  • Oversee food costing, budgeting, and profitability.
  • Maintain strict quality control, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a multicultural kitchen team.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure satisfaction and respond to feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with IMS policies, audits, and health/safety regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–10 years of proven experience managing large-scale kitchens.
  • Strong knowledge of international cuisines and menu development.
  • Expertise in food costing, inventory, and kitchen equipment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to deliver consistent quality in high-volume operations.
