Job Title: Catering Manager (With Catering Experience)

Job Summary:
The Catering Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing catering operations for events, functions, and daily services. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality food and service, efficient use of resources, and strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards. The Catering Manager leads the catering team, manages client relationships, and works closely with chefs, service staff, and vendors to deliver exceptional guest experiences while meeting financial and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and supervise catering services for events, banquets, conferences, and daily operations.
  • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to design menus that meet client preferences, dietary requirements, and budget.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, provide proposals, and ensure seamless event execution.
  • Manage catering staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain high service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Monitor inventory of food, beverages, and catering supplies; coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
  • Control costs and manage budgets while maximizing revenue and maintaining service quality.
  • Oversee setup, service, and breakdown of catering events to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle client feedback, resolve issues promptly, and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Prepare reports on catering performance, costs, and client satisfaction for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Catering Manager or in a supervisory role in hospitality/food service.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage large teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and event management best practices.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
