Catering Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Catering Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute catering operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, client-handling experience, and the ability to manage multiple events while maintaining high food and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage end-to-end catering operations for corporate and private events
  • Coordinate with kitchen, service staff, and logistics teams
  • Meet clients to understand requirements, prepare proposals, and close bookings
  • Ensure timely setup, service quality, and smooth event execution
  • Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
  • Manage inventory, costing, and vendor coordination
  • Handle post-event feedback and maintain client relationships
  • Drive catering sales and achieve revenue targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Catering Manager or similar hospitality role in the UAE
  • Strong client management and sales skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Good understanding of food production and banquet operations
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on event schedules
  • Valid UAE Driving License and own car preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
