Catering Manager (Kuwait, GCC Scope)

We are hiring a Catering Manager for a Kuwait-based role with GCC scope to lead catering performance across operations and commercial growth. This is not a purely operational role. We are looking for someone who can sell, plan, lead, and execute, with end to end ownership from client inquiry and proposals to event delivery and post event review.

The role combines business development, client management, event planning, and operational execution across catering segments including corporate events, weddings, private events, government, and institutional catering. Based in Kuwait (HQ), this position may also support broader GCC catering activity, and requires strong coordination across kitchen, purchasing, warehouse, operations, and event teams to deliver high standards in service, timing, food presentation, and guest experience. Typical event volumes can start from around 300 pax and above.

What you will do

• Drive catering sales across corporate, weddings, private events, government, and institutional clients
• Manage the full cycle from client inquiry and proposal to planning, execution, and post event review
• Lead event operations and ensure strong standards in setup, service, food quality, timing, and guest experience
• Coordinate with kitchen, purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams
• Manage team performance and execution readiness
• Track revenue, profitability, cost control, and service quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in catering or related F&B operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Strong background in both operations and commercial / sales
• Excellent English and Arabic communication
• Strong planning, organization, and team leadership skills
• GCC catering experience preferred

Pay: QAR17,220.00 - QAR17,814.00 per month
