Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and proactive Store Keeper to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, a strong command of inventory software, and the ability to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials; maintain accurate digital and physical records.
• Material Issuance: Issue items to authorized personnel based on requisitions and ensure 100% documentation accuracy.
• Warehouse Organization: Optimize space utilization and ensure easy access to all stock items.
• Stock Replenishment: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team to prevent shortages.
• Quality & Safety: Conduct quality checks on all incoming goods and maintain a hazard-free, clean warehouse environment.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on stock levels, usage trends, and inventory discrepancies for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or warehousing (F&B industry experience preferred).
• Licensing: Must hold a valid Qatar Light Vehicle Driving License.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
• Education: High school diploma (minimum); Certification in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
• Language: Fluency in English is required. Preference will be given to Hindi and Malayalam speakers.
• Physicality: Ability to lift heavy items and maintain high physical stamina for warehouse duties.
• Availability: Immediate joiners only.

• Attributes: Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and a team player.

Pay: From QAR3,500.00 per month
