Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily catering operations, ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen, service, and logistics teams.
  • Handle client inquiries, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and execute events, including menu planning, staffing, décor coordination, and setup.
  • Supervise catering staff to maintain high service standards and presentation.
  • Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with local health regulations.
  • Control budgets, monitor costs, and ensure profitability of catering events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and venue partners.
  • Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and client feedback.
  • Train and mentor catering staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities to attract new catering clients.
