Catering Project Manager

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to oversee small- to medium-scale catering and facilities management projects. This role requires strong leadership, client management, and operational expertise to deliver smooth execution, cost control, and service excellence. The ideal candidate must also be flexible and willing to relocate to remote project locations as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage catering operations and associated facilities within assigned projects.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company IMS policies, HSE standards, and contractual obligations.
  • Oversee budgeting, cost control, and accurate financial reporting.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Coordinate audits, inspections, and compliance documentation.
  • Supervise, train, and develop staff to maintain quality and operational standards.
  • Ensure timely project mobilization, demobilization, and overall delivery within agreed timelines.

Requirements

  • Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent qualification.
  • 7–12 years’ proven experience in project management, catering, or facilities management (catering industry preferred).
  • Strong expertise in operations, budget management, and client relations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP Certification preferred.
  • Willingness to relocate and work in remote project areas.
