Catering Sales Executive

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to lead the catering services outreach. You will be responsible for managing catering schedules, building a robust network of contacts, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve targeted growth.


Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and update comprehensive sales plans to ensure catering targets are met within specified timelines.
  • Proactively maintain existing accounts while establishing new business to expand market share and customer base.
  • Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring market trends, pricing strategies, and new product offerings.
  • Process customer orders and coordinate directly with the Central Kitchen to ensure service availability and seamless delivery.
  • Liaise with the Finance Department to manage collection activities and ensure the timely receipt of payments.
  • Generate regular progress and forecast reports for management, documenting all transactions and sales orders accurately within the system.
  • Assist in the preparation of promotional materials and represent the brand at catering events or client meetings.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in catering sales or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to identify business prospects and analyze diverse sales options.
