On behalf of our client, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to lead the catering services outreach. You will be responsible for managing catering schedules, building a robust network of contacts, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve targeted growth.
Key Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and update comprehensive sales plans to ensure catering targets are met within specified timelines.

Proactively maintain existing accounts while establishing new business to expand market share and customer base.

Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring market trends, pricing strategies, and new product offerings.

Process customer orders and coordinate directly with the Central Kitchen to ensure service availability and seamless delivery.

Liaise with the Finance Department to manage collection activities and ensure the timely receipt of payments.

Generate regular progress and forecast reports for management, documenting all transactions and sales orders accurately within the system.

Assist in the preparation of promotional materials and represent the brand at catering events or client meetings.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management, or a related field.

Minimum of
2+ years
of professional experience in catering sales or a related field.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to identify business prospects and analyze diverse sales options.
