Objective of the role:

Catering Manager's Key responsibilities often include managing staff, coordinating budgets, ensuring quality and guest satisfaction, and implementing strategies to improve business performance.


This opening is for Mumbai. Location: Mira- Bhayandar

Only local Mumbai Candidates are preferred.


Role & Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities in corporate, social, and wedding markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Prepare and present catering proposals and contracts.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies.

Event Coordination & Execution:

  • Work with guests to understand their event requirements, budgets, and expectations.
  • Coordinate with the culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise during events.

Administrative & Financial Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, bookings, and contracts.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Work within budget guidelines to maximize profitability.
  • Developing menus, hiring and supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.


Qualification & Skills required:

  • more than 12+ years work experience in catering, hospitality, or restaurant management is crucial.
  • A bachelor's degree or accredited course in hospitality management, culinary arts, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines is essential.
  • Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and sales to maximize revenue.
