Job Responsibilities
- Determine customer requirements and propose suitable catering options.
- Negotiate prices and prepare accurate, detailed catering order forms.
- Plan menus and oversee venue setup, equipment, food preparation, and service execution.
- Hire, train, and supervise catering staff; prepare staff schedules and allocate duties.
- Liaise with customers, sales staff, chefs, and specialized catering equipment providers.
- Oversee seating arrangements, meal and beverage service, and clearing of tables.
- Monitor catering stock and supplies; place orders for replenishment as required.
- Maintain proper stock levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies.
- Interact with customers when involved in front-of-house operations.
- Maximize sales and meet financial and profit targets.
- Track catering expenses and maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Negotiate contracts with customers; assess service requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage and support the New You program.
- Research catering trends and help promote competitive and innovative services.

Required Education & Experience
- Previous experience as a Catering Supervisor, Restaurant Supervisor, or similar supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
