We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team, specializing in Healthy Cuisine. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing balanced, nutritious, and health-conscious meals with an emphasis on fresh, wholesome ingredients. You will play a key role in maintaining high culinary standards while promoting wellness through food.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and present high-quality healthy dishes within your section.

Ensure all dishes are prepared according to nutritional guidelines and dietary requirements (e.g., gluten-free, vegan, low-carb, keto, etc.).

Assist in menu development for health-focused offerings, including calorie-conscious and allergen-friendly options.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation in line with food safety standards.

Manage inventory and ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients, particularly produce and health-based items.

Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in healthy cooking techniques and portion control.

Monitor food waste and contribute to sustainable kitchen practices.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role, preferably in a health-focused or wellness-oriented kitchen.

Strong knowledge of nutrition, dietary trends, and modern healthy cooking techniques.

Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining consistency and quality.

Preferred Skills:
